Spring is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group of Gan, Lee & Tan (GLT Law). Prior to joining GLT Law, Spring was an associate in the Corporate M&A and Corporate Real Estate practice groups of Rahmat Lim & Partners, an associate firm of Allen & Gledhill LLP (Singapore). Spring was also a lawyer in Trowers & Hamlins LLP, a UK-based Qualified Foreign Law Firm licensed by the Malaysian Bar Council.

Spring specialises in both domestic and cross border take-overs and mergers and acquisitions. She advises on both shares and assets acquisitions and divestments. Her other areas of expertise encompass assisting on joint ventures (including real estate joint ventures), commercial contracts, general corporate and commercial advice and corporate reorganisation.

    • A leading healthcare services provider in Asia in the acquisition of a pharmaceutical chain based in Malaysia.
    • A childcare provider in the UK in the acquisition of kindergartens and childcare centres in Malaysia.
    • A leading GCC investment firm on its joint venture with a restaurant management consultancy company and food and beverage operator based in the UK for the setting up and the operation of a New York City franchise in the UK and Northern Ireland.
