BIOGRAPHY

Vivienne is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Vivienne graduated with a LL.B (Hons) from University of Malaya in 2017.

She was then admitted into the Malaysian Bar in 2018 upon the completion of her pupillage in Messrs. Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh, where she assisted in a wide array of litigation matters.

Throughout Vivienne’s career as an Advocate & Solicitor, she was fortunate enough to be accorded much leeway to manage matters on her own in lower courts as well as substantially assisting in complex and contentious litigation matters. Vivienne is also dynamic enough to be able to handle corporate and conveyancing matters.

Vivienne principal practice is in general civil litigation, focusing on the area of contractual disputes, corporate and commercial disputes, debt recovery and construction and engineering disputes.
