&amp; Gledhill LLP Singapore), a tier one corporate transactions-focused law firm in Malaysia, and as a corporate &amp; capital markets lawyer in Mah-Kamariyah &amp; Philip Koh, during which he advised on many of the nation\u2019s largest and most high-profile corporate transactions.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ming Chiek advises a wide range of corporate exercises
