elementor-clearfix\"><p>Rylin graduated from University of Reading with LLB (Hons) in 2016 and completed the Bar Professional Training Course in 2017. Thereafter, she commenced her pupillage in an established and leading corporate law firm in Malaysia and was subsequently admitted to practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Rylin\u2019s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate advisory and other areas of corporate and commercial law. She has experience acting for foreign and domestic investors, on high value and complex transactions in a myriad of industries, ranging from mining, manufacturing to food product distribution.
