With his strong passion in M&A and burning desire to help Japanese investors and companies to do cross-border investments into Malaysia, Yuki decided to incorporate his own M&A business advisory firm, LIKEARISINGSUN and is now the CEO of the advisory firm, specialising in bridging the investment deals between Japanese and Malaysian corporations.

He is the co-author of “Essential Points of Japan M&A Practice (Shoji Home)” and has published a series of articles at NNA regarding M&A and Japan cross-border investments into Malaysia.

He is currently a business advisor to GLT Law, as he advises and coaches GLT Lawyers on doing business and building cultural and ethical relationship with Japanese individuals and corporate clients.

* Yuki is not a lawyer at GLT Law and does not practise law in Malaysia.
