Pei Jing

Pei Jing graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Liverpool in 2017. She completed her Certificate in Legal Practice the following year. Prior to joining Messrs. Gan, Lee & Tan in November 2020 as a pupil in chambers, Pei Jing started her legal career as a paralegal in a Singapore boutique law firm and assisted in litigation matters mainly in hire-purchase and Building and Construction Security of Payment Act (SOPA) claims.  She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2021.  

Pei Jing assists in various corporate matters, focus on drafting, reviewing and amending a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements. She is also vastly exposed to the practice of capital markets as well as the conduct of due diligence and research for corporate advisory matters including but not limited to digital assets, blockchain, and e-money regulatory framework in Malaysia.
