BIOGRAPHY
Kim Bee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.
Her practice encompasses civil, commercial litigation and construction disputes. She has developed experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas, enabling her to deliver commercially sound, strategic, and pragmatic legal advice to the Firm’s clients.

- Assisted partners in representing and advising liquidators of a prominent IT company, wholly owned by a Japanese corporation, in filing court applications to summon former employees to provide, amongst others, information on the company’s trade dealings, affairs, and intellectual property.
- Assisted partners in representing and advising a company in filing an application to get leave nunc pro tunc for voluntary winding up.
- Independently handled numerous suits and execution proceedings initiated by a business solution service provider against its customers, claiming outstanding rentals and service fees.
- Independently handled numerous suits and execution proceedings initiated by financial service provider against borrowers to recover outstanding instalments.
- Assisted partners in representing and advising a subsidiary of a Chinese construction company in an arbitration for a disputed sum of approximately RM29 million, related to the liquidated ascertained damages.
- Assisted partners in representing and advising a palm oil mill contractor in its arbitration against the employer with a disputed sum of RM20 million involving amongst others payment for work done, liquidated ascertained damages, etc.
- Assisted in reviewing various types of contracts and agreements for a Fortune Global 500 healthcare company.
