Lim Jia Chyi

Jia Chyi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London. She attained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board in 2021 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2022 upon the completion of her pupillage in Gan, Lee & Tan.

Prior to joining Gan, Lee & Tan as a pupil, Jia Chyi commenced her legal career and gained experience at a boutique law firm where she was exposed to the full range of conveyancing practices. 

Jia Chyi is primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and corporate advisory such as regulatory, licensing and compliance issues in the areas of fintech, cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, as well as other areas of corporate and commercial law.
