Lim Wan Ci

Wan Ci was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2018. She has extensive experience in real estate and conveyancing, banking and financing and tenancy matters. Her practice encompasses a broad range of property transactions, including residential and commercial developments, acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, sale and purchase transactions, and retail and corporate tenancies.

She has acted for developers, corporate clients, landlords, purchasers and vendors in a variety of real estate transactions. Her banking and financing experience includes handling loan and security documentation and acting for licensed moneylenders in financing matters. She also advises landlords on tenancy-related matters, including rental arrears, notices of demand, distress proceedings and recovery of possession.

Wan Ci also has prior experience in dispute resolution and debt recovery, which complements her transactional practice by enabling her to consider potential disputes, legal risks and enforcement issues from a broader perspective. She brings a practical and commercially focused approach in advising clients and managing transactions from commencement through completion, with particular attention to identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the course of a transaction.
