    • Acted as co-counsel in a corporate recovery claim against a director of a water treatment company for misuse of funds in the sum of RM14 Million.
    • Acted as co-counsel in a corporate recovery claim to recover property belonging to a wound up company (in the value of RM4.5 Million) fraudulently transferred to a third party.
    • Acted as counsel for a Malaysian cleaning company in a claim against a director for breach of directors’ duties involving more than RM2 Million.
    • Acted as counsel in respect of corporate insolvency matters involving a public listed steel company and its group of companies.
    • Acted as counsel on behalf of a group of shareholders in an internal dispute involving an agriculture company.
    • Acted as counsel in various debt recovery claims for a major dolomite mining company in Malaysia.
    • Acted as co-counsel in civil litigation matters surrounding the Port Klang Free Zone Project.
    • Acted as co-counsel on behalf of minority shareholders in respect of a shareholder dispute involving a group of companies based in palm oil plantation.
    • Acted as counsel for a property developer in resisting an unfair dismissal claim in the Industrial Court.
    • Acted as counsel on behalf of a construction company in a claim for professional negligence against a Malaysian legal firm.
    • Acted as co-counsel for an international brand chain hotel in resisting a claim in contract and tort involving RM1.5 Million.
    • Acted as counsel for various joint management body/management corporation and property management companies in strata management related issues.
    • Acted as counsel for a multi-national junket company in respect of its corporate and regulatory practices.
    • Acted as counsel for a group of purchasers in a class action claim against a property developer involving a breach of a guaranteed rental return scheme.
    • Acted as counsel for various companies in respect of claims arising from the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012.
