    • A Japanese logistics company on the acquisition of an industrial land for a consideration of RM95million.
    • A SGX listed logistics company on the acquisition of industrial properties (comprises office lots, vacant lands and warehouses equipped with logistics facilities) for a consideration of RM287 million.
    • An United States private investment firm on the acquisition of two data centers comprising approximately one million square feet of data center facilities and 20MW of critical IT load located in Cyberjaya.
    • A Singapore REIT on the acquisition of an industrial property equipped with logistics and warehousing facilities located in Selangor for a consideration of RM160 million.
    • An United States REIT on the disposal of an industrial property equipped with warehousing facilities for a consideration of RM90 million.
    • A Singapore sovereign wealth fund on the disposal of a shopping mall in Seremban for a consideration of RM215 million.
    • A public listed financial company on the acquisition of a commercial office building for a total consideration of RM140 million.
    • A public listed property developer on a joint venture transaction in a property development project in Kuala Lumpur with the gross development value of RM600 million.
    • A subsidiary of a government-linked company on a sale and purchase transaction (built-to-suit) of a data centre in a technology park.
    • A Malaysia REIT on the acquisition of a luxury shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur for a consideration of RM160 million.
    • An Australia-based property developer on a joint venture arrangement to purchase parcels of land in Tun Razak Exchange to be developed as the “TRX Lifestyle Quarter”.
    • On a number of commercial leasing transactions (including built-to-suit lease) involving shopping malls, auto showrooms, manufacturing sites in free trade zone, retail spaces, airport hangars, warehouses with logistics facilities, office towers.
