Biography

Xian Ting graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Malaya. She completed her pupillage in Messrs Gan, Lee & Tan, where she was exposed to a broad range of contentious matters. She was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

During her training and early practice, Xian Ting has been involved in civil litigation matters at various stages of proceedings. Her experience includes assisting in the preparation of pleadings, affidavits, cause papers, and written submissions, attending case managements, hearings, and trials, as well as conducting legal research and case analysis.

Xian Ting is a passionate litigator who seeks to make optimum use of her legal knowledge while continuously developing her advocacy and practical litigation skills.
