We were invited to speak as trainers for 34 teams of aspiring entrepreneurs and startups who are currently undergoing intensive training program under this Dream Factory Startup Competition 圆梦工厂创业大赛.
Dream Factory is the first and only Chinese speaking focused startup program organized in Malaysia. Our partners, Edwin Lee presented on the topic of “Legal Basics for Startups and Entrepreneurs” whereas Gan Ming Chiek, as well as Spring Poh, presented on the topic of “Designing Your Share Structure and Corporate Governance”.
