GLT Law 加入江泰全球救援联盟

Petaling Jaya, 26 November 2018: Gan, Lee & Tan (GLT Law), a Malaysian boutique law firm, announced today that it is joining Jiang Tai Global Assistance Alliance (JTGAA), an organisation founded by Jiang Tai Global Assistance Service Co. Ltd based in Beijing, China.

吉隆坡，2018年11月26日：颜, 李 & 陈 (GLT Law), 马来西亚一家精品律师事务所今天宣布加入江泰全球救援联盟（JTGAA）。该联盟是由设于中国北京的江泰救援服务有限公司所成立。  

JTGAA is a non-profit international assistance service organization made up of a wide group of independent assistance service groups/companies, repatriation service companies, security companies, law firms and travel agencies, etc. It aims at facilitating cooperation among JTGAA members, promoting international businesses and providing assistance service for Chinese nationals who travel overseas and Chinese enterprises who invest or expand their businesses overseas. JTGAA also provides a platform for common development and encourage close cooperation between JTGAA members.  

JTGAA是一个非营利性的国际救援服务组织，由世界各地广泛的一群救援集团/公司、转运公司、安保公司、律师事务所及旅行社等组成。JTGAA的宗旨是为救援联盟成员之间促进合作，促进江泰救援和救援联盟成员国际业务的发展，以及为出国旅游的中国公民和在海外投资或拓展业务的中国企业提供救援服务。JTGAA也提供了搭建救援联盟成员间共同发展及鼓励开拓合作的平台。

As a JTGAA member, GLT Law is committed to providing high quality, commercially practical and innovative legal solutions to Chinese nationals who are located in Malaysia or those who intend to invest or expand their businesses to Malaysia. JTGAA, through its network of independent members, will also provide assistance to GLT Law’s clients who wish to invest or expand their businesses to China.

Malaysia is one of the countries along the “Belt and Road” in China. GLT Law’s lawyers have the experience and skills in key areas of expertise and possess good communication skills in Mandarin and some other Chinese dialects. They aim to provide the most comprehensive and competitive legal solutions and advice for domestic and foreign companies and enterprises.

In addition, GLT Law will also participate in activities organised by JTGAA and provide relevant information about doing business in Malaysia to Chinese nationals and Chinese enterprises who are interested in this market. As part of this collaboration, GLT Law will also be listed on the two platforms managed by JTGAA, namely the UTOU Mobile App and DaJiuXing Mobile App as JTGAA’s legal services provider in Malaysia.

此外，GLT Law也将参于由JTGAA组织的一些活动，并向有兴趣在马来西亚开展业务的中国公民和中国企业提供该市场的相关信息。 作为此次合作的一部分，GLT Law也将被列在JTGAA管理的两个移动应用平台上，即 ‘优投’ 平台和 ‘大救星’ 平台，作为JTGAA在马来西亚的法律服务提供商。  

The UTOU ecosystem includes UTOU Mobile APP and UTOU WeChat. It connects going global Chinese enterprises with its overseas services providers, including legal services providers, in connection with Chinese enterprises’ cross-border investment activities such as mergers and acquisitions, production and manufacturing,project contracting and business services.

优投的生态系统包括优投移动应用程序和优投微信。优投的宗旨是为中国企业在跨国的投资活动（如兼并和收购，生产和制造，工程承包和商业服务）与其海外服务提供商，包括法律服务提供商在内，给予相关的连接。     

DaJiuXing is a rescue services platform for Chinese individuals travelling overseas. Chinese individuals will have access to a list of overseas services providers (including law firms) on the DaJiuXing Mobile App in case of emergency when they are travelling overseas.

大救星移动应用程序是为中国公民在海外旅游时提供的救援服务平台。中国公民在海外旅游时，如遇紧急情况，可以访问大救星移动应用程序所提供的海外服务提供商（包括律师事务所）列表。
